Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Effective: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
Athletes, coaches, gyms, and creators post their own photos, videos, technique notes, and products on iVenza. Show Up Show Out LLC ("iVenza," "we," "us") respects the rights of the people who made that work, and we respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our Designated Copyright Agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to:
Copyright Agent, Show Up Show Out LLC2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #10150, Miami, Florida 33137
Email: help@susos.co (please put "Copyright notice" in the subject)
The U.S. Copyright Office keeps a public directory of the agents service providers designate to receive these notices: DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Only copyright notices go to this address. For anything else - a privacy request, a security issue, a trademark concern, or abuse - use Your Privacy Choices, our security page, the Report option in the app, or help@susos.co.
2. How to Send a Takedown Notice
If you believe something on iVenza infringes a copyright you own (or are authorized to act for), send our agent a written notice that includes all of the following. A notice that leaves one out may not be effective under the law.
- Your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine in an email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed. If several works are on one page or account, a representative list is enough.
- Identification of the material you say infringes, with enough detail for us to find it: a link (for example to a public page on ivenza.app or my.ivenza.app), or for content inside the app, the account or gym name, the screen it appears on, and a description of the item (for example "the second video on the community technique 'Arm drag to back take' posted by @name").
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Please think before you send one: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can be liable for damages, including the costs and attorneys' fees of the person whose content was removed. If you are not sure whether a use is infringing (it may be fair use, or licensed), consider asking a lawyer first.
3. What We Do When We Receive a Notice
- We review it, and when it is complete we remove or disable access to the material promptly.
- We tell the person who posted it that it was removed, and send them a copy of the notice (which includes your contact details, so they can respond to you or send a counter-notice).
- If they send a valid counter-notice, we forward it to you. We restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice unless, before then, you tell our agent that you have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from the infringing activity on iVenza.
- We keep a record of every notice, counter-notice, and removal.
4. How to Send a Counter-Notice
If something you posted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified, you can send our agent a counter-notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Show Up Show Out LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake can also make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
5. Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. In practice: each valid takedown notice against content an account posted counts as one strike, unless it is withdrawn or answered by a counter-notice that is not followed by a lawsuit. An account with three strikes within any twelve months is terminated, and we may terminate sooner for flagrant or willful infringement. A gym, team, or store account is treated the same way as an individual's. We tell the account holder about each strike when it happens.
6. Other Things You Should Know
- This policy covers the iVenza app, the web app at my.ivenza.app, and ivenza.app.
- Content posted inside a gym or team (for example a coach's lesson-plan video or a gym store's product photo) is handled the same way as public content.
- Notices outside the United States are welcome too; we review them in good faith under the same process.
- Nothing in this policy is legal advice. If you are unsure of your rights, talk to a lawyer.
